Terms and conditions

These terms apply to classes, camps and workshops run by Edu3Dcation UAE, operated by Tafkeer LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By enrolling a child you agree to them.
1. Enrolment and places
A place is reserved when you submit the enrolment form and is confirmed once payment is received. If a group is full, your child joins its waitlist and we will contact you if a place becomes available.
2. Payment
Fees are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) for each group. We will send you payment details after you enrol. Unpaid reservations may be released to the waitlist after 5 working days.
3. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before the first session, we will refund the full fee. After the first session, fees are non-refundable, but we will offer a make-up session in another group where places are available. If we cancel a session, we will reschedule it or refund that session.
4. Drop-off and collection
Please bring your child on time and collect them promptly at the end of the session. We will only release a child to you or to a person you have named on the enrolment form.
5. Health and safety
Please tell us about any allergies or medical needs. Children should not attend if they are unwell. Our trainers supervise all equipment; children must follow their instructions for their own safety and that of others.
6. Photos
We only use photos of your child on our website and social media if you agreed to this on the enrolment form. You can change your choice at any time by contacting us.
7. Changes
We may need to change a venue, time or trainer. We will tell you as early as possible, and if a change does not work for you, we will refund the remaining sessions.
