Who we are
This website and Edu3Dcation UAE are operated by Tafkeer LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence from the Edu3Dcation education network. Tafkeer LLC is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can contact us at the email address shown at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, your child’s age, the area you live in, your interests and any message. When you enrol a child, we also collect your child’s name, date of birth and (optionally) school, any allergy or medical information you choose to share, an emergency contact, who may collect your child, and your photo consent choice.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and to tell you about our classes, camps and workshops — for example dates, venue and prices. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Health information
Allergy and medical details are optional and used only to keep your child safe in our sessions. Only the trainers and staff running your child’s group can see them.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are only accessible to our team through a password-protected page.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details for up to 24 months, and enrolment records for up to 12 months after your child’s last session, or until you ask us to delete them (unless the law requires us to keep them longer).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Just email us.
